First level floor planRemodelA kitchen and dining remodel in Orlando. Note the legend, the egress note, and the square footage table — the things a plan reviewer looks for before anything else.
Truss modification detailsRemodelExtending a bonus room meant cutting into pre-engineered trusses. Every new LVL member, gusset and screw pattern is drawn, because the field cannot improvise this.
Framing planRemodelNew beams and posts carrying the load that came off the removed wall, with the path down to the foundation shown rather than implied.
