Outsourced drafting has a reputation problem, and it's earned. The usual experience is a set that comes back technically complete and practically useless — wrong layer structure, unfamiliar detail conventions, a title block that doesn't match anything, and enough cleanup that you'd have been quicker doing it yourself.
We're built the other way around. The point is to slot into your process rather than replace it, and to hand back something you can use without a cleanup pass.
How we work with firms
- We draft to your standards. Your title block, layer conventions, text styles, detail library and sheet naming. Send a representative set and we'll work inside it.
- Redlines turned fast. Send markups, get back a coordinated set — not a list of clarifying questions about things the markup already answered.
- Engineer-ready documents. Framing, lintels and details laid out so review and sealing go quickly rather than becoming a negotiation.
- Quiet, white-label support. The work goes out under your name. We're entirely comfortable being invisible.
- Honest capacity answers. If we can't hit your date, we'll say so when you ask rather than when it's due.
Production plan libraries
For builders working a community, the drawing set is an asset used dozens of times rather than a one-off deliverable. That changes what "good" means: consistency, clean option management, and the ability to generate a lot-specific variation without breaking the base model.
We build and maintain those libraries — base models, elevation packages, garage swings, bonus room and structural options, lot fits — as a coordinated system instead of a folder of near-identical files nobody fully trusts. Per-plan volume rates apply.

What we're not
We're a drafting and design firm, not an architecture or engineering firm, and we don't offer services requiring licensure under Florida Statutes Chapter 481 or 471. Where a project needs a seal, we coordinate with independent licensed professionals — or with yours. Being clear about that boundary is part of being a useful partner rather than a liability.

Common questions
Will the work go out under my name?
Yes. White-label is the default for trade work. We draft to your title block and your standards, and we're happy to be invisible — plenty of our output has never carried our name.
Can you match our CAD standards?
Yes — layer conventions, title block, detail library, sheet naming and text styles. Send us a representative set and we'll work inside it rather than imposing ours on you.
How does volume pricing work?
Per-plan rates for repeat and production work, quoted against your expected volume. It's meaningfully cheaper than one-off project pricing. Tell us roughly how many plans and how often.
Can you handle overflow on short notice?
Often, though capacity depends on what's already in the queue. The firms we work with best give us a heads-up when something's coming rather than calling the day it's due — but we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.
